What our students have to say...

I can't say enough good things about Latitude Online Insurance School.

The training is comprehensive, easy to understand and was the main reason for my success in the state exam.

Obviously, you get as much out of any training as the energy you put into it, but I enjoyed every minute of the online courses and tutorials. I was able to spend as much time as needed on each individual lesson, since the way the information is presented makes it easy for even a relative novice to understand.

This is by far the best program I've ever worked with and highly recommend it.

--Raymond, Life & Health Course

Wouldn’t change a thing!

It seems like they have this course perfected. I love the package deal you get for the price you pay.

What are the questions on the Tennessee insurance exam like? Do you have any sample insurance test questions?

The questions in our insurance exam simulator are VERY representative of the questions on the Tennessee state licensing exam. Here are a couple examples of what you can expect:
Tennessee Insurance School Sample Practice Questions from the Licensing Exam

Tennessee Property & Casualty Exam Questions

  2. has a deductible that applies per accident
  3. limits the most the insurer will pay to any one person for BI in a single accident
  4. limits the amount the insurer will pay for property damage

Tennessee Life & Health Exam Questions

Tony paid in $60,000 in premiums for a policy that he cashed in for $72,000. How much of the policy's surrender value is subject to federal income tax?

  1. $72,000
  2. $60,000

  4. $0

Tennessee Insurance Regulations

Under Tennessee insurance law, which of the following is true of fraudulent activity? a. You can lose your license b. You can be fined c. Fraud is bad d. All of the above

  1. You can lose your license
  2. You can be fined
  3. Fraud is bad
  4. All of the above

Answer: C

In a PAP the per person limit is the most the insurer will pay to any one person for BI in any one accident.

Answer: C

Surrender of a policy or withdrawal of life insurance cash value is not taxable as long as the cash value does not exceed the sum of all premiums paid (cost basis). If cash value does exceed cost basis, any withdrawal from a life insurance policy will be considered first a return of interest and represent taxable income. Only after all interest earnings are paid will withdrawals be considered a tax-free return of principal.

Answer: D

Yes, even in Tennessee, fraudulent activity is bad. You can be fined and your license will likely be revoked.

Insurance exam practice questions and the exam simulator are included in our online Tennessee insurance license course, the TESTivity Virtual Learning Experience.
